Weekly Clay & Regulation Circle
This weekly gathering is not therapy, and Sayge is not a licensed therapist. Instead, this is a guided, intentional space to slow down, get present, and reconnect with yourself through clay.
Working with clay is known for its grounding and centering qualities. The weight, resistance, and responsiveness of the material invite the body and nervous system to settle, offering a way to return to the moment and to yourself. Clay has long been Sayge’s primary tool for regulation—an anchor during times of overwhelm, a reminder of agency, and a way back to what can be shaped, held, and tended.
Each week, we will come together to mold clay and check in with where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Drawing from a personal apothecary of art-based grounding practices, Sayge will hold the space as participants work at their own pace, focusing on what they need in that moment.
This is a collective practice of presence, care, and making—an opportunity to regulate, reflect, and gently find a way forward, together.
