Building Our New Home
TOGETHER
Support our vision for the future of Mudluk
Our Vision
Mudluk Pottery is an essential and thriving artist incubator and a community hub at the center of the arts ecosystem in South Minneapolis. Clearly addressing a need, we have outgrown our current studio in a short period of time!
To ensure we are able to continue to provide a welcoming, accessible, and safe environment for community members now and into the future, we are actively looking for a new building that will at least double the square footage of our current studio, and open up opportunities for much needed indoor/outdoor flow, bigger studio and gallery spaces, library, kitchen, a garden and more. In other words, the future Mudluk will be transformational; our vision is to become a legacy community space and we need your partnership for the capital buildout!
“I love spending my time at Mudluk because I can be myself and try new things all while being surrounded and supported by an awesome community.”

“When I needed a respite from a family crisis, I took a class at Mudluk and fell in love. After only a few months at the wheel, I became a member not just because I love experimenting with clay, but because of the radical belonging, commitment, and pleasure I experienced at the studio. It's one of those rare spaces where art and community shape each other, building a more just, creative, and peaceful world.”
